Option 1: Pay in Full
- Students can opt to pay the entire course amount at the time of enrollment.
- For those requiring financial assistance, we provide comprehensive financial planning services.
Option 2: Semi-Annual Payment Plan
- This plan enables students to make three equal payments throughout the semester.
- The first payment is processed upon registration, while the remaining two are automatically deducted at intervals.
- Tuition fees must be settled in full before enrolling in the next semester.
Important Notes:
- All fees are nonrefundable and subject to change.
- International shipping fees are applicable, and we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Non-Credit Resource Fee (Every Semester):
- Covers the cost of e-books, Microsoft Office licenses, and Library and Information Resources Network (LIRN) materials.
Graduate Resource Fee (Every Semester):
- Includes e-books, Microsoft Office licenses, LIRN materials, and required exam services.
Graduation Fee (Graduate School):
- Inclusive of diploma, revision of final requirements, and official transcript.
- International shipping charges apply.
Certificate Fee (No Credit):
- Covers certificates, revisions to final requirements, and official transcripts.
- International shipping charges apply.
Highlight Project Book Binding:
- Three printed, bound copies of the culmination project sent to CGN University.
- Excludes shipping or handling.
Official Academic Record Fee (Transcripts):
- Complete record of academic information.
- Includes coursework, degrees, credit hours, GPA, and official university mark.
Withdrawal Fee:
- A $65.00 fee for withdrawals after 6 days from the course start date.
- Full refunds for course dropouts within the first 5 days.
Extension Fee:
- Granted to students completing 80% of the course but unable to finish.
- Coursework must be completed within two weeks of the course end date.
- Returned Check Fee:
- Charged for returned check payments due to insufficient funds.
