For PC Users:

- RAM: 2 GB or higher
- Software: Adobe Flash Player 9 or later, Adobe Acrobat Reader 9 or higher
- Camera: 1280 x 720 pixel camcorder
- Internet Connection: High-speed (1.5 MB per second or better)
- Browsers: Google Chrome, Internet Explorer 9, Firefox 14.0.1, or Safari 4
For Apple Mac Users:
- Operating System: Mac OS X or later (Mac OS X v. 10.7 and later for "Lion" users)
- Software: Adobe Flash Player 9 or later, Adobe Acrobat Reader 9 or later
- Camera: 1280 x 720 pixel camcorder
- Internet Connection: High-speed (1.5 MB per second or better)
- Browsers: Google Chrome, Internet Explorer 9, Firefox 14.0.1, or Safari 4

To ensure your setup meets these requirements, visit Google.com and take the Internet Speed Test. Click on "Run speed test" to determine your download and upload speeds.

- Webcams are essential for exam monitoring.
- Note: CGN Distance Learning does not support Chromebooks or Microsoft Surface RT tablets.
